1、 Daily inspection and monitoring
1. Appearance inspection
Check the surface of the coil every week for scratches, dents, or cracks to avoid the accumulation of corrosive media.
Check for loose or leaking solder joints and flange connections.
2. Performance monitoring
Monitor heat exchange efficiency, compare inlet and outlet fluid temperature and flow parameters, and troubleshoot scaling or foreign object coverage issues.
2、 Cleaning operation specifications
1. Physical cleaning
Wipe the dust with a soft cloth every half month to avoid scratching the surface with hard tools.
Use a soft brush or cotton cloth dipped in warm water to clean, and use a hair dryer to remove internal dust.
2. Chemical cleaning
Choose neutral cleaning agents or weakly acidic solutions to avoid corrosion from strong acids and alkalis.
Stubborn stains can be soaked in baking soda and white vinegar for 30 minutes before brushing, or deeply cleaned with acetone.
Prohibit chlorine containing cleaning agents and steel wire balls to prevent damage to the oxide layer.
3、 Precautions and taboos
Environmental protection: Avoid contact with chloride ions and acidic media to prevent chemical corrosion.
Tool selection: Do not use brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness to clean the interface and inner wall.
Cleaning frequency: Thoroughly clean before use, once a month for daily use, and increase frequency in heavy use environments.
4、 Storage and maintenance
1. Storage environment
Store in a dry and ventilated place, away from corrosive substances, and cover with dust when storing outdoors.
Precision components are separately sealed and stored to reduce oxidation and wear.
2. Protective measures
Regularly check the aging condition of seals and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
Ensure that the pipeline is level and stable during installation to reduce the risk of leakage caused by vibration.
5、 Professional maintenance suggestions
When there is internal scaling or contamination of sensitive components, use trichloroethylene or alcohol to soak and clean the pressure hole to avoid direct contact with the sensitive membrane.
Regularly have professional personnel remove dust, lubricate mechanical components, and calibrate instrument parameters to ensure accuracy.
